So much to do on the lower floor including moving the 1/2 bath, creating a mud room, adding French patio doors to our created patio/lawn, adding a carriage house style garage with apartment above, remodeling the kitchen, and bringing the wood floors back to their glory, along with dozens of other ideas. But alas, we are not getting this house.
